I am an accomplished and experienced project manager in both arts and community based initiatives.

I recruit and train volunteers and participants. I use an Asset Based Community Development approach to take people with us as we build a strong base for our work.

I source venues, practitioners, volunteers, participants and transport providers in order to deliver successful, inclusive and enjoyable events, programs and sessions. I risk assess, plan and coordinate events to be stress-free and safe.

Previous Projects have included community events at Maltings Court sheltered housing scheme, Feel Good Events and Parties for Older People in both Leeds and Shipley,  Theatre Performances and day schools for Young People in Leeds.

I have coordinated and facilitated training for adults with learning disabilities for LifeAct at Open Minds Theatre Company in Rotherham as well as coordinated the schools tours for our shows as a company.

I am a natural communicator who loves to bring people together to talk, perform and enjoy themselves. I am practical, meticulous and humourous.
